- Achieve financial success: Start with a realistic $50,000+ in your first year. Through a competitive pay structure, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, you're looking at a clear path to $100k+ by year three.
- Follow the Map: We have proven scripts and systems. You don't need to reinvent the wheel; you just need to spin it.

- Coachability: We have a system that works. Are you willing to learn it, stick to the script, and trust the process?
- Communication Skills: You can make people smile through the phone line through genuine conversation and active listening. Get to know what they're looking for, show them how we can help, and guide them from "just curious" to raving fans.
- A "Hustle" Mindset: You are self-motivated and hungry for growth. You don't wait for permission to succeed.
- Licensed: Must already have, or be working towards, your real estate licence
