Skills and Responsibilities:


• Design and implement automated test frameworks for API services using tools like Rest Assured, Postman, or SoapUI.


• Develop and maintain virtualized services using platforms such as CA DevTest, Wire Mock, or Para soft.


• Integrate testing with Kafka, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, and other messaging middleware.


• Write and maintain test scripts in Core Java, ensuring modular, reusable, and scalable automation.


• Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and technical specifications. Team Coordination Leadership- Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and teams.


• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.


• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for QA teams.


• Mentor and support junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, business analysts, and project managers.


• Manage resource allocation and resolve team-level conflicts or blockers.


• Ensure consistent testing standards and practices across all teams.


• Process Quality Management- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and methodologies.


• Participate in defect triage meetings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


• Maintain documentation and reporting for test coverage, execution, and defect metrics.
