Job Description

• Visit client sites in work truck with the team and unload equipment to start the job
• Work as part of a team to complete each task at hand (i.e. installing sod, installing flowers / shrubs, edging, pavers etc.)
• Conduct general site cleanup / garbage pickup prior to leaving job site
• Ensure that all job site equipment is in good working order and is properly packed into the work truck at the end of each job
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and wear all proper personal protective equipment

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• Valid G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Own vehicle / reliable transportation to and from work each day
• Ability to work outdoors in most conditions (thunderstorms and extreme weather excluded)
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs
• Ability to work Full-Time hours (Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as scheduled)
• Prior knowledge of plant / scrub installation
• Prior knowledge of edging installation, paver installation, grading, and levelling (considered an asset)
• Snow removal and salting in a plow truck an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• LaSalle, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Landscape construction: 2 years (preferred)
• Snow Plowing: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
