Compensation: Hourly + Commission (35–40%) + Tips

We are seeking a skilled Lash & Brow Technician who is experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering luxury service and results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume eyelash extensions.
  • Provide lash lifts and lash tints with precision and safety.
  • Perform brow shaping, brow lamination, and brow tinting tailored to facial structure.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to determine suitable lash/brow styles.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols in alignment with Health Canada standards.
  • Provide a calm, professional, and elevated client experience.
  • Maintain workstation cleanliness, organization, and proper tool sanitation.
  • Educate clients on aftercare and recommend bioskinconcept beauty & skincare products.
  • Track client preferences and retention to support strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Certified Esthetician or Lash Technician Certification (Ontario-recognized).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash extension experience in a spa/salon setting.
  • Skilled in multiple lash styles: classic, hybrid, volume, mega volume.
  • Knowledge of brow lamination techniques and lash lift systems.
  • Strong understanding of lash and brow health, adhesives, and appropriate product usage.
  • Excellent client communication and hospitality skills.
  • Punctual, professional, organized, and detail-focused.
