About Us

ArtBox and Amuseground are Korean lifestyle and K-pop retail brands offering trendy stationery, collectibles, and unique character goods. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing team across Metro Vancouver.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.

  • Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

  • Upsell and promote featured or seasonal products.

  • Maintain clean and organized merchandise displays.

  • Process transactions accurately through the POS system.

  • Handle cash and perform basic math for payments and change.

  • Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals.

  • Support stock management and store presentation tasks.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese) are an asset.

  • Passion for K-pop, stationery, or Korean lifestyle culture is a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.85-$24.12 per hour

Work Location: In person
