About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and professional Beauty Therapist to join our retail spa team in our Chatswood Concept Store. In this role, you'll deliver our signature facials and spa treatments, consult on skin needs, and create exceptional customer experiences aligned with Jurlique's wellness philosophy. You will also play a key role in driving client loyalty, product recommendations, and retail performance. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Consultations

Welcome and connect with clients through Jurlique's signature customer journeyConduct expert consultations and skin analysisEducate clients on Jurlique's natural ingredients, rituals, and wellness storyRecommend personalised treatments and homecare plansBuild relationships and encourage rebooking and customer loyalty

Treatment Delivery

Perform Jurlique signature facial treatments and protocols to a high standardEnsure treatment areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standardsManage pre- and post-treatment protocols, including consultation forms and follow-ups

Sales & Performance

Consistently achieve treatment and retail sales targetsProvide genuine product recommendations based on individual skin needsPromote Jurlique Insiders, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions

Teamwork & Culture

Contribute to a positive, supportive team environmentMaintain strong working relationships with team members and leadershipUphold Jurlique's brand values and service excellence

Operations & Admin

Assist with appointment bookings (Timely system), POS, and reportingSupport gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and store presentationParticipate in store-wide initiatives and events

Skills And Experiences

About You

Essential

Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (recognised in Australia)Passionate about natural skincare, wellbeing, and sustainabilityOutstanding customer service and sales skillsProfessional presentation and confident communicationReliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player

Desirable

Previous experience in a premium retail or spa environmentFamiliarity with holistic therapies (e.g. aromatherapy, facial massage)Experience using consultation/booking systems (e.g. Timely, POS
