Throughout the program, NP participants will receive regular follow-up and dedicated support from an Acute Care NP Lead to ensure a smooth and successful transition into their role. A minimum 18-month return-of-service commitment is required upon completion of the PGAE program. Participants are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to their clinical position and to the specialty, with the intention of contributing as subject matter experts to the growth and sustainability of future PGAE programs.
