About the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join us on a contract basis, creating impactful visuals for our marketing, web, mobile, and print projects. You'll collaborate with teams across TapMango to produce designs that elevate our brand, enhance our products, and engage our audience.
Responsibilities
Support a variety of marketing, product, and design projects.Design and refine graphics for merchant key tags, tablets, and mobile applications—ensuring they align with customer branding.Act as the main liaison between TapMango and third-party print material vendors.Create visually compelling graphics for promotional materials, the company website, social media channels, and sales collateral.Lead design efforts for web and mobile products, contributing to an exceptional user experience.Collaborate with development, customer success, and marketing teams to understand design requirements and deliver exceptional results.Maintain and uphold TapMango's brand guidelines across all design work.Identify opportunities to improve design concepts, tools, and workflows.Support the customization, submission, and updates of mobile applications.Leverage expert-level Figma skills to create pixel-perfect UI/UX designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems.Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma to produce impactful visuals.Train new hires on design processes, tools, and best practices.Conceptualize and execute designs for both digital and print mediums.Partner with the product team on UI-related feature development.What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional graphic design experience, including web and mobile product design.Proven mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping, component libraries, and collaborative workflows.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (bonus points for After Effects or motion graphics skills).Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail in both UI/UX and visual design.Experience working with brand guidelines and creating visual consistency across multiple mediums.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience working with print vendors and understanding of production requirements.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.Why Join Our Team?
