Job Description

Brown's Plus seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and nutrition-minded Cafeteria Manager to oversee daily food service operations. The successful candidate will ensure students receive healthy, appealing meals in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanup.

  • Supervise and train cafeteria staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance.

  • Ensure compliance with PPM 150 program and health unit safety regulations.

  • Maintain accurate inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.

  • All necessary paperwork ( sales report, labour report).

  • Promote a positive dining experience and support student wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • ed field preferred)Prior experience in food service management or school nutrition programs.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards ( food Handlers certification preferred).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive team environment.
