It is the foundation of The Memorial Experience.Summary:Develops and leads classroom activities and developmentally appropriate programs.Required:DCF 45-hour Certification (DCF CERT) - Florida Department of Children & Families (DCF)CPR Certification American Heart (CPR AHA) - American Heart Association (AMERICAN HEART)High School Diploma or EquivalentResponsibilities:Applies knowledge of learning principles to develop age appropriate classroom programs and content.Follows national accreditation and licensing policies and practices.Attends periodical staff meetings.Supervises children to ensure safety. Ensures classroom meets local licensing standards.Monitors children's progress utilizing assigned resources. Conducts evaluations and analyzes results.Develops teaching schedule and selects or develops curriculum aids as appropriate.
