Overview
The Quaker Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a shift team to achieve their performance targets and collaborate with other team members to solve operational issues.

1 position open for weekends, and 1 for weekdays

Compensation:
$56,700 - $92,400

Responsibilities

  • Leading a shift team of approximately 30 employees to deliver key metrics
  • Solve day- to- day operational issues by collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver performance targets
  • Lead daily performance meetings
  • Communicate effectively and frequently to your shift team
  • Collaborate with cross- functional teams to solve operational issues
  • Think quickly and creatively and challenge your team to do the same

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • 3 + years' experience in Supervising Others Preferred
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
  • Able to Instruct and Teach Others
