Gahan House Riverside

At the Gahan House, we believe in great beer, great food, and providing the Gahan Experience through our genuine hospitality. We elevate the brew-pub experience for every guest by using fresh local ingredients in both our handcrafted beers and delicious food. The 'Gahan Experience' is a memorable one. Experience the food. As a Bartender, You Will

  • Advise guests regarding contents of drinks, cocktails and beer - share your knowledge on our products
  • Take orders from guests, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
  • Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Relay menu items and products to provide optimum guest service
  • Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Clean draft beer system, bar area and glassware
  • Work occasional server shifts
  • Provide seamless guest service while ensuring they have a memorable experience by providing timely service with an upbeat and positive personality
  • Work along side of the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere

  • An open mind - We will be teaching you lots about craft beer, wine and local ingredients in each one of our dishes
  • A desire to have fun at work, when you have fun our guests do too

What You Bring

  • Strong Beer knowledge considered an asset
  • Flexibility - Our bartenders will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
  • Previous Bartending experience an asset
