YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Client Advisor, and part of the Retail Team, you will participate in achieving and exceeding the sales objectives, and you will be in charge of providing high standard of customer service.

This experience will enable you to have good knowledge of products and brands.

You will have the opportunity to learn selling skills.

Your impact

Daily Operations

  • Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers

  • Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling

  • Handle customer enquires

积极回应顾客的问询

  • Follow up the transaction at cashier counter

跟进店铺收银事宜

  • Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store event
  • 及时将店铺活动等信息告知现有和潜在顾客
  • Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor

协助完成店铺库存盘点、补货及店内营业区域清洁

  • Provide support in merchandising arrivals

协助新到货品的收存工作

  • Provide support for in-store events

协助店铺内举办的各类活动

  • Provide support in visual merchandising and display

协助店铺内货品的视觉效果和陈列事宜

  • Enforce safety, health and security rules

严格执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定

keys for success

Education:

  • College degree and above

大专学历或以上

Experience:

  • Position requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

至少1年相关经验

  • Retail experience preferred

零售行业经验者优先

  • Experience in luxury business a plus

奢侈品行业经验者优先
