Neurodiverse Empowerment Solutions is hiring experienced Autism Support Workers / Life Skills Coaches to provide 1:1 support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental or intellectual disabilities. This role focuses on life skills training, social skills, and community integration in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities

  • Implement individualized life skills, social skills, and community integration programs

  • Support daily living skills, independence, and confidence building

  • Transport individuals to community activities using your personal vehicle

  • Work collaboratively with families and other service providers

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an Autism Support Worker, Developmental Support Worker (DSW), Behaviour Support Worker, or similar role

  • Experience working with ASD, ADHD, and other exceptionalities

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

  • CPR & First Aid certification (current)

  • CPI certification (current or willingness to maintain)

  • Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

  • Strong time management, flexibility, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Social Services, Developmental Services, Psychology, Education, or related field
