*What will your typical day look like?*

• Loyalty Architecture Design: Support the development and implementation of enterprise-level loyalty architecture strategies that align with client objectives and business goals.
• Loyalty Engagement: Contribute to the design and execution of loyalty engagement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth. Analyze customer journeys and help develop personalized loyalty programs.
• Martech & Marketing Cloud Integration: Leverage Martech solutions and marketing cloud platforms to create, optimize, and measure loyalty campaigns and customer experiences.
• System Integration: Work with cloud providers and technology platforms to integrate loyalty solutions with clients' existing systems, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Architecture Frameworks: Apply architecture frameworks to develop scalable and flexible loyalty solutions, including creating architecture flows and diagrams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with client stakeholders, including executives and technical teams, to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Business Outcome Mapping: Assist in mapping business outcomes to the technology landscape, ensuring loyalty solutions deliver measurable results aligned with client objectives.
• Commerce Enablement: Support the integration of commerce (online and POS) solutions to enable loyalty across all customer touchpoints.

About The Team
Deloitte's Marketing & Commerce team helps clients engage customers across the end-to-end journey, turning brand values into measurable business growth. *Enough about us, let's talk about you*

• 5–8 years of experience in a techno-functional role, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proven experience in loyalty architecture design and implementation of loyalty engagement strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Martech solutions, marketing cloud platforms, and loyalty program design.
• Familiarity with cloud providers and platforms; cloud agnostic experience preferred.
• Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience in architecture design and solution implementation.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is an asset and preferred.

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset for this position in Quebec.

*Total Rewards*
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
