Cleaner / Caretaker

Clean and maintain all areas in the residential building: entrance area; Elevator; common hallways & common areas; building exterior and parking area.

Changing out the lights and maintaining the inventory

  • Providing access to trades.

  • All items in need of attention/ repair/ bylaw infractions, or security concerns will be

reported to Property manager

  • and any other concerns

  • supervised Move in and out / inspecting area for damages before and after the

move

  • Monitoring the visitor's area parking

  • Program interphones and fobs

  • Post notice as per council or strata managers request

  • Monitor fire panels and equipment regularlyCoordinate access for all trades on site

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
