Overview
We are currently hiring a full-time Supervisor, Facility & Guest Experience to support daily operations. This position is focused on ensuring the facility runs smoothly each day while supporting both guests and team members. The role combines hands-on facility upkeep, team coordination, and guest service. The Supervisor helps maintain strong operational standards, assists with team development, and contributes to a positive, well-organized environment. Collaboration with leadership and Relaxation Specialists is essential to ensuring consistency and quality in the guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-functioning facility, ensuring daily standards are consistently met (Facility Operations)
- Support deep-cleaning routines and assist in maintaining equipment and supplies (Facility Operations)
- Communicate facility needs or concerns to the Leadership Team to ensure safe and smooth operations (Facility Operations)
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them meet expectations and develop strong work habits (Team Support)
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff, focusing on processes and facility standards (Team Support)
- Lead by example through professionalism, communication, and consistency in daily responsibilities (Leadership)
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to uphold expectations and contribute to a positive team environment (Leadership)
- Help ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed, including participating in regular safety checks (Health & Safety)
- Greet and assist guests, answer questions, and support an approachable, welcoming atmosphere (Guest Experience)
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, helping to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit (Guest Experience)
- Support administrative tasks such as communication, bookings, transactions, and maintaining guest profiles (Administrative)
- Use checklists, scorecards, or other tools to help organize daily operations and support team performance (Administrative)
Requirements
- Availability Requirements:
Open availability is required, including mornings (starting at 7 AM), evenings (up to 11 PM), weekends, and holidays. Preference will be given to candidates who can regularly work evening shifts.
- No specific formal education required; general interest or background in wellness is an asset (Education)
- Leadership or management training is considered an asset (Education)
- AGLC ProServe certification required, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (Certificates)
- Standard or Intermediate First Aid and CPR required, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (Certificates)
- Police Information Check required, or willingness to provide within 30 days of hire (Certificates)
- 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory, customer service, or leadership role in hospitality, spa, fitness, or a related field (Experience)
- Serving or bartending experience is considered an asset (Experience)
- Familiarity with massage services, essential oils, or wellness environments is beneficial (Experience)
- Experience with cleaning routines or facility maintenance is an asset (Experience)
- Experience with MindBody or similar scheduling/booking systems is preferred (Experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests and supporting the team (Skills)
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment (Skills)
- Quick to learn new processes and adapt to changing needs (Skills)
- Confident and proactive in decision-making and task prioritization (Skills)
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining strong operational standards (Personal Attributes)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
