Position Details: Temporary FT Dietary Aide

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 10:30 AM - 7 PM.

Compensation: $23.42 per hour

Job Description:

As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in food service & helping in the kitchen. You will work closely with the care team to help create a positive experience for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has a passion for contributing to the well-being of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Service for our seniors.
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Ensure food is served in a safe, hygienic manner.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with setting up meal trays and deliver them to resident rooms.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar support role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
  • Valid food safety certificate (required ).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform light lifting and physical tasks, such as moving laundry and food trays.
  • Ability to follow dietary and safety protocols in food preparation and cleaning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.42 per hour
