As a Team Member, you play a key role in delivering a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for every guest—every time. Whether you're preparing food, serving guests, or keeping things clean and organized, your dedication to quality and service is what makes Tim Hortons a special place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments
  • Prepare and serve Tim Hortons products to standard, including coffee, donuts, sandwiches, and baked goods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and kitchen
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Work as part of a team to meet goals and guest expectations
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment and take initiative during slow periods

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service, food service, or retail experience is an asset and also required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 20 lbs)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $17.85 per hour
