Dominion Dynamics is building Canada's first modern defence prime: software-defined, attritable, and sovereign.

Why This Role Matters

Our technology only matters if people can see and understand it. As we scale programs and partnerships, crisp motion design and 3D visualization are essential to explain complex systems to recruits, investors, and government stakeholders. This role turns deep engineering into clear, cinematic narratives that move our mission forward.

The Role: Part-Time Creative Producer

You'll be the hands-on creative operator shaping how Dominion looks and feels in motion. Working with engineers, operators, and strategists, you'll translate abstract concepts into launch videos, product renderings, and recruiting assets; managing projects end-to-end to deliver polished, on-brand work that elevates our story.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with engineers, operators, and strategists to visualize Dominion's technology.
  • Produce short 3D and motion-graphic videos for launches, recruiting, and investor content.
  • Turn complex systems into clear, cinematic stories; from product renderings to campaign clips.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to delivery, keeping projects on track and polished.
  • Build a portfolio of work at the intersection of design, technology, and national purpose.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong skills in After Effects (motion graphics, compositing, animation).
  • Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D preferred; Blender, Maya, or Houdini welcome).
  • Solid understanding of storytelling, typography, and visual rhythm.
  • Excellent organization and communication with the ability to move between creative and technical teams.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and the ability to self-direct.
