Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule pick up loads and deliveries of gravel
- Manage shipping & receiving activities, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and clients via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Monitor freight movements, troubleshoot issues,
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes, reduce delays, and improve overall supply chain efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules and inventory management
- Requirements
Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
Strong understanding of supply chain processes
- Excellent data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesThis position provides an engaging work environment for those passionate about logistics and supply chain management. Candidates who demonstrate strong communication abilities, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach will thrive in this role.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
