  • Coordinate and schedule pick up loads and deliveries of gravel
  • Manage shipping & receiving activities, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation
  • Communicate with carriers, drivers, and clients via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Monitor freight movements, troubleshoot issues,
  • Analyze shipping data to optimize routes, reduce delays, and improve overall supply chain efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and related documentation
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams on shipping schedules and inventory management
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience with transportation management systems (TMS)

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes

  • Excellent data entry skills with high typing speed and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesThis position provides an engaging work environment for those passionate about logistics and supply chain management. Job Type: Full-time
