Job Overview

Must have a minimum 10+ YEAR EXPERIENCE . We are seeking a HIGHLY skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Dental Technician / Assistant Supervisor to join our dynamic dental team.

  • Advanced proficiency in 3Shape, Exocad, and other CAD/CAM platforms

This role involves overseeing the fabrication of dental prosthetics using CAD/CAM technology, and supervising laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in dental fabrication, laboratory processes, and clinical support, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and product quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the dental laboratory team in fabricating crowns, bridges, implants, and other prosthetic devices using CAD/CAM systems.
  • Assist dentists , providing support with medical imaging
  • Apply knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and laboratory functions.
  • Operate precision tools such as micrometers for accurate measurements and ensure high-quality fabrication standards.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals on patient care plans involving pediatrics or specialized treatments requiring detailed anatomy knowledge.
  • Support training initiatives for new staff or interns in dental fabrication techniques and laboratory safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dental fabrication, laboratory work, with a strong understanding of CAD/CAM technology.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, medical imaging, anatomy
  • Advanced proficiency in 3Shape, Exocad,, and other CAD/CAM platforms
  • Experience with implant restorations, Ti-Bar design, milling, and 3D printing
  • Strong technical skills including the use of micrometers and other precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
