We're looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional service experience for our customers by coordinating service appointments and ensuring post service follow-up.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and online booking requests efficiently and professionally
  • Coordinate service schedules to ensure timely and accurate bookings
  • Conduct follow-up calls to confirm service satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach to every customer interaction
