As an IT and E-learning Designer/Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge IT and e-learning solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Your role will also involve providing expert advice and guidance on the latest trends and technologies in the IT and e-learning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop IT and e-learning solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT and e-learning industry
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on IT and e-learning strategies
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement in existing IT and e-learning systems
- Create and deliver engaging training materials and presentations for clients
- Test and troubleshoot solutions to ensure they meet quality standards
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT and e-learning systems
- Keep accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to clients and team members
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the IT and e-learning department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT and e-learning design and development
- Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with graphic design and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
