Competitive Pay: Paint technicians can earn up to $190,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 26 flat rate, up to 32 flat rate including top production level.

  • Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds
  • Material Bonus: Earn a quarterly bonus for minimizing material usage
  • High Production Potential: Experienced technicians typically bill 480+ hours per Month.
