So what's this role all about?
As a Distribution Inventory Auditor, you are accountable for location management, capacity management, and inventory management of an integrated Distribution Centre, as well as the auditing of all operational processes in the Distribution Centre.

A typical day will be spent completing a combination of physical counting and auditing tasks. You will be the key point of contact for Home Office team, Demand & Replenishment Planners, as well as Vendors. You will be responsible for handling and managing recall, quality hold and return of products to vendor. Data-entry and accurate management of corresponding paperwork are also essential functions in this role.

Your hours of work will generally be Monday to Friday, 4:00pm to 12:30am.
Hours of work will be determined on a mutual basis between you and your leader. These shifts are subject to change with notice in the future.

You'll Fit In Great If You

• Location Manage which includes Identifying the locations that make the most sense for a product in our warehouse, while considering things like weight, multi-piece and passing along ease to the team by placing high volume/sell through items in efficient areas.
• Capacity Manage which includes allocating inventory to racking/space that meets its capacity. Identifying and recommending items for bulk lanes, racking, storage or stackable racking. Recommending configurations that safely maximize distribution centre storage capacity.
• Inventory Manage which includes maintaining inventory accuracy, planning and leading annual physical inventory counts, assigning product categories and warehouse locations, identifying and investigating failures during the picking process.
• Audit Inventory which includes performing and completing daily accuracy counts, random sampling, and discrepancy investigation.

A Few Other Things We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of inventory, supply chain and flow of goods
• 1-2 years' working in a distribution center environment
• 1-2 years' experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
• Proficiency in reading, math and use of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
