As a Sales Administrator, you will:

  • Assist with processing orders, quotes, and renewals for Parallels Desktop licenses
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Support sales reps with administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route them to appropriate channels
  • Help prepare sales marketing campaigns
  • Monitor inventory and licensing usage for enterprise accounts
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

What YOU bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Interest in technology and eagerness to learn about Parallels Desktop for Mac and virtualization
