Sports is seeking a graphic designer to join their team.

Responsibilities

● Conceptualize visual designs and create images that identify a product or convey a message using design software

● Prepare drafts for customer review

● Operate heat press

● Amend designs based on customer feedback

● Incorporate changes recommended by the customer into the final design

● Meticulous review of designs for errors prior to delivery

● Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing

● Update internal team members on project status

● Create and edit digital mockups for client approval and internal review

● Prepare, organize, and submit print ready files to third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications

● Print banners and decals for internal production

Experience and Qualifications

● Post-secondary education in graphic design, or related field

● 1 – 2 years' experience with Graphic Design

● Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop

● Good attention to detail

● Work in a fast-paced environment

● Ability to prioritize tasks

● Ability to stand for extended periods of time

● Ability to work independently as well as in a team

● Ability to convey visual concepts

● Creative thinker and very organized

● Ability to adhere to tight deadlines

● Ability to receive constructive feedback

Schedule:

● Day shift

● Tuesday-Friday 10-5:30 (30 hours a week)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
