ROLE – Materials & Rentals Coordinator

Hourly Range: $28.85/hr to $34.62/hr plus field allowance & per diem

*This position will require a preemployment physical fitness as well as a drug and alcohol test 

JOB SUMMARY

The Materials/Rental Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of materials management within a CPS Solution Center. Primary responsibilities include customer order processing, rentals and sales inventory management and logistics. The person is responsible for maintaining and repairing rental equipment. This includes ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly and inspections are completed in an efficient, expedient, and safe manner. When required and upon completion of the applicable training, the coordinator will also be responsible to support Field activities by performing all aspects of the Field Technician role. Some overnight travel; evening and weekend work will be anticipated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Efficient Materials Management

• Ensure 100% on‑time processing of inbound and outbound materials.
• Maintain accurate storage and inventory levels, helping the center meet operational targets.
• Drive error‑free documentation and ensure all materials meet CPS quality and safety standards.

2. Rental Equipment Availability & Readiness

• Inspect, service, and repair rental equipment to achieve maximum equipment uptime and minimum turnaround time for rental kits.
• Complete all equipment inspection reports and repair documentation with zero inaccuracies.
• Ensure every outgoing rental kit meets CPS operational and safety requirements.

3. Warehouse Operations & Facility Readiness

• Execute daily warehouse duties—inventory management, shipping/receiving, building and property maintenance—to maintain a safe, organized, audit‑ready facility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, safety, and cost effectiveness.

4. Field Support & Customer Service Excellence

• When trained and assigned, perform Field Technician duties with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making and customer service skills while representing CPS at customer sites.
• Build productive relationships with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
