Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Supervise automated control systems and related equipment
- Participate in the installation, adjustment, and optimization of new systems and production machinery
- Support industrial water treatment plant operations
- Contribute to the preparation of procedures and checklists (inventory, purchasing, cleaning, weekly checks)
- Solve operational problems and recommend improvements for productivity and quality
- Ensure production continuity by minimizing downtime during repairs
- Respect safety and maintenance standards
- Provide support to operators and assist with industrial projects
- Carry out other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- DEP or equivalent experience in electromechanics
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical and mechanical)
- Ability to perform physical work
- A mindset focused on quality, safety, and results
- Experience in electromechanics is an asset
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong attention to detail
- Interest in environmental and water-related industries
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

Nous recherchons actuellement un électromécanicien motivé, autonome et passionné, qui aime relever des défis et donner un vrai sens à son travail.
Responsabilités :
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif et correctif des équipements électromécaniques
- Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes électriques et mécaniques
- Surveiller les systèmes de contrôle automatisés et les équipements associés
- Participer à l'installation, l'ajustement et l'optimisation des nouveaux systèmes et machines de production
- Appuyer les opérations en usine de traitement industriel de l'eau
- Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures (inventaire, achats, nettoyage, vérifications hebdomadaires)
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux opérations et recommander des améliorations de productivité et de qualité
- Assurer la continuité des opérations en minimisant les arrêts
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et de maintenance
- Soutenir les opérateurs et les assister dans leurs projets industriels
- Réaliser toutes autres tâches connexes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des installations
Exigences :
- DEP ou expérience équivalente en électromécanique
- Excellentes compétences en diagnostic et en dépannage
- Capacité à travailler physiquement
- Orientation qualité, sécurité et résultats
- Expérience en électromécanique (atout)
- Autonomie, rigueur et souci du détail
- Intérêt pour le domaine environnemental et de l'eau
- Permis de conduire de classe 5 valide
