Massage Heights provides the highest level of customer service in a professional, fast-paced, and supportive environment.

As a Lifestyle Consultant, you'll enjoy the spa atmosphere while guiding guests on their path to wellness — helping them understand the benefits of consistent massage therapy and supporting them in achieving their goals.

As a Lifestyle Consultant at Massage Heights, you'll use your exceptional communication skills and massage education to help each guest identify their personal wellness goals and recommend the Massage Package or Membership that best supports their needs.

Once enrolled, you'll continue to encourage our Members in maintaining regular massage treatments, helping them stay consistent in achieving their goals through:

  • Strong phone communication skills — both incoming and outgoing calls
  • Proficient computer skills for accurate scheduling and invoicing
  • A commitment to excellence in customer service at every interaction

Only Full-time positions are available:

  • Currents of Windermere

Must be available to work:

  • Evenings (start time in the afternoon, until 9pm) plus
  • at least one shift every weekend.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
