This is a non-union positionAs a Specialist I, IT Business Engagement, you will be the key interface between the Technology & Information Services (TIS) Utilities OT SCADA department and business functions for LDCs and Gas Distribution. Your main accountability is to ensure OT technology solutions align with business needs, delivering value through innovation and technological advancement. You will support the Manager, Business Engagement in executing programs and objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead, coordinate, and facilitate the development of OT technology roadmaps, long-range plans, and business requirements.
Support strategic alignment of sophisticated projects and initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
Apply innovation methodologies to develop solutions for business challenges.
Develop business cases with TIS and stakeholders, clearly articulating project costs and benefits.
Foster strategic partnerships within OT and SCADA business functions, vendors and TIS, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for enterprise interests.
Who You Are
You hold a University/College Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Have at least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a medium-to-large organization, working directly with clients or customers.
Bring technical proficiency or prior experience supporting and/or implementing OT applications.
Demonstrate solid grasp of business complexity and project interdependencies, especially in the oil & gas industry (gas pipelines or distribution operations).
Possess outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with sophisticated presentation and visualization abilities.

Physical requirements:
