Role Overview

The Director of Growth & Market Strategy defines and executes Enabled Talent's growth strategy across Canada and the United States. This role translates market insights, customer needs, and data into clear, scalable strategies that drive adoption while ensuring growth remains aligned with the company's mission, impact goals, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop, own, and execute the company's growth and market-entry strategy across Canada and the United States

  2. Identify and prioritize target industries, regions, and customer segments based on market opportunity and impact

  3. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform strategic decisions

  4. Translate insights into actionable growth plans, experiments, and scalable initiatives

  5. Partner closely with sales, client partnerships, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption and expansion

  6. Support go-to-market planning for new offerings, regions, and customer segments

  7. Define positioning and value propositions tailored to employers, governments, nonprofits, and educational institutions

  8. Monitor growth performance, product-market fit, and market signals to refine strategy over time

  9. Ensure growth initiatives align with Enabled Talent's mission, accessibility principles, and inclusion goals

  10. Communicate growth strategy clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Background & Relevant Experience


• 3+ years of experience in growth strategy, market strategy, business strategy, or related roles


• Proven experience driving growth initiatives in
Canada and/or the United States


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action


• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams


• Understanding of B2B platforms, workforce solutions, or technology-enabled services


• Ability to balance commercial growth with mission-driven impact


• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder alignment skills


• Experience in HR tech, GovTech, EdTech, or social impact organizations is an asset
