As AI tools like Frase, Semrush, and ChatGPT become central to how content is produced, we're looking for an AI Content Editor to help bridge the gap between machine-generated drafts and polished, high-performing blogs. If you love words, are editorially minded, and are excited to shape the future of content creation with AI, this is the role for you.

We're working in a hybrid model We're looking for someone who is located in or around the GTA with the ability to travel to our West End location at least two days per week.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field. Graduates from publishing programs are ideal.

• Excellent organization and time management; able to manage multiple client deliverables under deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana) or willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Frase, Semrush) and curiosity about content + technology.
• Eagerness to learn SEO practices and apply them to content editing.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Some experience creating or editing SEO-driven content
• Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and publishing workflows
• Experience in an agency or fast-paced editorial environment
• Project management experience, particularly in editorial

Key Responsibilities

The AI Content Editor will focus primarily on SEO-driven blogs. Working with keywords provided by our SEO department, you'll help ideate blog topics, use AI tools to generate first drafts, and then transform them into polished, engaging, optimized content.

You'll need strong editing, organization, and time management skills to manage blog pipelines for multiple clients at once. Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings curiosity and eagerness to learn.

In this role, you will:

• Manage blog content pipelines for multiple clients
• Turn keyword sets into blog ideas
• Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Frase, Semrush) to research, outline, and complete first drafts
• Edit and humanize AI-assisted drafts: refine for tone, voice, and clarity to match client's style, audience, and blog intent
• Incorporate provided keywords naturally into content, with attention to SEO best practices
• Ensure blogs are "TIA-ready" with links, CTAs, optimized headers, metadata, AEO/SEO elements, and relevant images
• Stay on top of deadlines and deliver multiple client blogs per week at high quality
• Stay curious about AI, SEO, AEO, AI Marketing, and content trends to continually improve processes and knowledge
