We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic outside sales efforts, leveraging marketing tools, and utilizing technology sales platforms such as Salesforce. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market reach
  • Engage in B2B sales initiatives, presenting solutions tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate leads and promote products or services
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and customer requirements
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Present technical sales solutions, demonstrating product features and benefits

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology or technical sales sectors
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used to generate leads and increase sales
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
  • Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging with diverse client bases
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical sales is advantageous
