We are seeking a
Marketing Analyst – Intermediate
to support the development and execution of
direct marketing campaigns
within a highly visible, fast-paced marketing portfolio in the financial services space.
This role sits within
Marketing Communications
and plays a critical part in bringing marketing strategies to life—from planning and creative development through execution, approvals, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand, compliant marketing communications.

Contract Details
- Contract Duration:
12 months - Work Arrangement:
Hybrid - Remote up to four days per week
- In-office presence required weekly on Thursdays and the 4th Friday of each month
- Occasional additional in-office days may be requested for special meetings or events
- Work Schedule:
37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) - Interview Process:

What You'll Be Working On
In this role, you will support the execution of
direct marketing campaigns for credit card products
, partnering with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget.
You will be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating approvals, overseeing creative development, and ensuring alignment with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The work is primarily digital, with a strong emphasis on
email marketing
, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of a 1–2 year marketing plan aligned with revenue targets and approved budgets
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including offers, creative, audiences, channels, and timelines
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple campaigns
- Oversee creative development and manage approval processes, including legal, compliance, and brand reviews
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage agency partners and external vendors, providing clear direction and feedback on deliverables
- Track budgets and estimates, ensuring costs remain within approved parameters
- Leverage analytics and campaign performance insights to drive continuous improvement
- Provide regular status updates and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across marketing, product, digital, data, and agency teams
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience managing creative and marketing communications processes (direct and interactive marketing)
- Experience working within
financial services
, with knowledge of retail banking products (credit card experience strongly preferred) - Hands-on experience producing client-facing email marketing communications
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring costs remain within approved estimates
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent related experience
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Agency-side experience supporting creative development
- Copywriting or editorial background
- Understanding of the technical components of email creation and deployment
