About the Role

TLNT Bridge Recruiting is partnering with a leading financial technology organization to hire an Intermediate DevOps Engineer. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys owning infrastructure, improving reliability, and supporting secure deployments in a highly regulated environment.

You will work closely with development, QA, and security teams to help maintain a stable and scalable platform that powers modern financial services. Candidates with fintech experience or interest are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support secure and efficient software delivery.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Monitor system performance and support high availability across critical fintech services.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and configuration of applications and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and optimize container orchestration environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and streamline deployment workflows.
  • Implement security best practices and contribute to compliance initiatives such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.
  • Document infrastructure, processes, and configurations for internal reference and audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid scripting abilities in languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Strong understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools including Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
  • Awareness of fintech security and compliance requirements is an asset.

Preferred Skills

  • Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience working within fintech or other regulated industries.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay range and compensation package

$90, ,000 + benefits and paid vacation (2 weeks)
