As a Veterinary CSR, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. You'll help keep our days running smoothly by supporting clients, communicating with the medical team, and managing the front desk with professionalism and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage medical records
  • Process payments and handle invoicing accurately
  • Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians
  • Provide compassionate support to clients during emotional situations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy setting
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Previous veterinary or medical office experience preferred (but not required)
  • A genuine love for animals and their people

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
