Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ / Quote-to-Cash)

Contract: 12 months

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support subscription management and Quote-to-Cash transformation initiatives for a global leader in public safety technology. This role will work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to streamline, modernize, and optimize end-to-end quoting and subscription processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements across CPQ, subscription management, and Quote-to-Cash processes.

Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, and Technical teams to design scalable solutions supporting renewals, amendments, co-terminations, and subscription lifecycle management.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support the integration of Salesforce CPQ with e-commerce and other enterprise systems.

Participate in system configuration reviews, UAT, and process optimization initiatives.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance user experience, automation, and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

Canadian Business Analyst experience (flexible across time zones).

Strong understanding of CPQ (ideally Salesforce CPQ) and the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with subscription processes — renewals, amendments, co-terminations, and lifecycle changes.

Proven ability to engage with stakeholders, map processes, and translate needs into actionable requirements.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with e-commerce platforms.

Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Familiarity with enterprise integrations and product catalog management.
