The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your summer prospecting and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada's largest residential pest control provider.

  • Training Provided: Get daily in-person training and improve your skills every single day.
  • Earn What You're Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort directly determines your income. Most reps earn $15,000–$25,000 in 3 months, but there's no cap.
  • Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in fully furnished housing in Windsor, ON, covered by Vantage Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Start each day with a focused sales meeting to sharpen your techniques.
  • Spend 6–8 hours knocking doors, pitching and closing contracts, meeting 75–100 people daily.
  • Compete in individual and team sales challenges to push yourself further.

Work Schedule

We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6–8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
