Position Overview

We're currently seeking an Evening Closer to join our team.

This position is perfect for someone local to Truro who's looking for short, steady shifts close to home — such as a student, someone with another day job, or anyone who prefers consistent evening hours.

The closer works independently from 4 PM–7 PM, finishing customer orders, cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring the laundromat is ready for the next day.

Note: As the business continues to grow, the weekly schedule may change to meet new customer needs, but this current schedule reflects what we need for now.Key Responsibilities

  • Clean folding areas, machines, and floors at the end of the day.
  • Restock detergents, laundry bags, and other supplies.
  • Complete closing checklists accurately and on time.
  • Provide friendly assistance to any late customers.
  • Lock up and secure the premises before leaving.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and responsible — must be trusted to close the store independently.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
  • Able to work evenings (4 PM–7 PM) and some weekends if needed.
