Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to suggest improvements in service delivery
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
