Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback and issues to suggest improvements in service delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high service standards

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
  • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
