Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Tearistas during daily operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Oversee drink quality, order preparation, and workflow efficiency
  • Train new team members and reinforce company standards
  • Operate POS systems and manage cash handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and positive store environment
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and opening/closing duties
  • Foster teamwork and keep the good vibes flowing

What We're Looking For:

  • Enthusiasm for bubble tea and customer experiences
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in food/beverage or customer service (leadership experience is a plus)
  • Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

Nice to Have:

  • Food Handler Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Prior supervisory experience
