The Role
We're hiring a
Campaign Operations Specialist (AdOps)
to be the executional engine behind our media and performance campaigns. You will own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of campaigns—from forecasting and setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting—ensuring every approved media plan is flawlessly translated into live, high-performing executions across goloot's network of brands and publishers.
This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented, analytical operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands performance marketing mechanics, and takes pride in delivering campaigns that hit budget, pacing, and performance targets with precision.
What you would do:
Partner closely with the department lead, stakeholders and leadership to translate overarching marketing and media strategies into executable campaigns, including budgets, targeting parameters, flighting, and timelines.
Build and maintain campaign forecasts and delivery projections using available inventory, targeting constraints, and historical performance to support planning accuracy and revenue expectations.
Execute campaign setup across internal platforms, ensuring correct trafficking, tracking, budgets, pacing rules, flight dates, and targeting in strict alignment with approved media plans.
Monitor campaign performance daily and weekly across key metrics (delivery, pacing, CTR, engagement, conversions, eCPM, CPA, ROAS where applicable), proactively adjusting bids, caps, and allocations to hit performance and budget goals.
Track and reconcile spend against budgets at both the campaign and partner level, identifying discrepancies, risks, or under-delivery early and escalating as needed.
Produce clear, standardized, and ad-hoc performance reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting pacing, results, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Proactively identify and recommend optimizations to improve delivery and performance, submitting proposals to the Manager for review and approval.
Escalate performance risks, anomalies, and opportunities in a timely manner, ensuring strategic decisions such as budget shifts, channel reallocations, or testing initiatives are aligned and approved.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure campaign performance and pacing insights are translated into clear client‑facing narratives and recommendations.
Align with Analytics and Product teams to validate tracking, attribution, and reporting consistency across different platforms and partners.
Coordinate with Publisher Network teams by sharing performance trends, inventory learnings, and placement‑level feedback that can guide publisher negotiations and packaging.
What we are looking for:
1–3 years of experience in campaign operations, ad trafficking, or performance marketing, ideally within a multi-publisher, network, or agency environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail and comfort working with budgets, bids, pacing, and performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Solid understanding of ad serving, tracking, and attribution fundamentals, including UTMs, pixels, tags, and event-based tracking.
Hands-on experience with at least one major advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), affiliate platforms, and basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent.
High level of process discipline, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining accuracy and operational consistency.
Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to execute independently day-to-day while taking strategic direction and feedback from a Manager.
