Job Summary

As a Shelby's Supervisor, you will support the management team in leading shifts, delivering Legendary Shawarma, and ensuring every guest receives an outstanding experience. You will help guide the team, maintain standards, and contribute to a positive, high-energy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

In addition to all Full-Time Associate responsibilities, the Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Supporting management in overseeing daily restaurant operations and smooth shift execution
  • Leading by example to deliver Legendary Shawarma, excellent guest service, and a positive team culture
  • Assisting with coaching and motivating team members during shifts
  • Ensuring Shelby's standards are met for food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
  • Assisting with shift execution, breaks, and team coverage
  • Handling basic cash procedures and supporting accurate cash flow
  • Assisting with training new associates on Shelby's procedures and service expectations
  • Addressing guest concerns professionally and escalating when needed
  • Supporting opening and closing procedures when required

Probation Period

All Supervisor positions are subject to a 1-month probation period, during which performance, reliability, and leadership ability will be evaluated to ensure a successful fit for the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $18.50 per hour
