Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, time management, and the ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
  • Make beds, change linens.​​
  • Daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting).
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, Ironing, folding, and organizing clothes.
  • Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client requests or concerns with professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their specific housekeeping needs and preferences.
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned areas.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
  • A background in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks without direct supervision.
