Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada NNPBC Full time

About NNPBC

The Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) is the professional association representing all four nursing designations in BC: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). We support nurses across the province by promoting excellence in nursing practice and advancing the role of nursing in health care, policy and system transformation.

NNPBC offers a fully remote work environment and a culture grounded in safety, respect and meaningful contribution. We are committed to cultural safety, cultural humility, anti-racism, equity and reconciliation, guided by Indigenous practice standards and provincial and national commitments. These values inform how we work together and how we engage with members, partners and communities.

Role Summary

NNPBC represents the largest healthcare profession in British Columbia, and membership is a key way the organization supports and advocates for nurses and nurse practitioners. The Manager, Membership & Engagement will lead the work of defining and delivering meaningful member value - from building the membership model and systems, to developing partnerships and sponsorships, to supporting member-focused programs and events. Reporting to the Director, Communications and Engagement, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about strengthening member experience and stewarding a core organizational function.

Location: Remote, anywhere in British Columbia, with occasional in-person and travel requirements
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary Range: $90,000-$92,000 annually, with extended health and dental benefits, enrolment in the Municipal Pension Plan, and a professional development fund.

  • Design and manage how members are onboarded, grouped for communication and services, and engaged throughout their membership.

  • Support the development of NNPBC's annual operational plan.
