Responsibilities

  • Safely operate tow trucks to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles to designated locations.
  • Assist customers with roadside assistance needs in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of tow trucks to ensure optimal operation.
  • Manage paperwork accurately for each tow, including logs and service reports.
  • Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize calls and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tow truck and work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations.

Requirements

  • Valid AZ/DZ License
  • Proven experience in commercial driving, automotive repair, or related fields preferred.
  • Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems are highly desirable.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients under stressful situations.
  • Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to safety procedures and adherence to traffic regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks required for vehicle recovery. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
