Executing a great idea is only possible if you have a dedicated team of people who believe in the vision and are committed to helping achieve it. Our core values are not just words to us; they are our compass. We embrace them with everything we do:

Drive migration to modern Azure services (App Services, Functions, Front Door) and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket or Azure DevOps.

  • Ensure performance, security, and compliance

Set up observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), optimize systems proactively, and enforce standards (OWASP, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).

  • Collaborate with clinical content and technical teams

Apply streamlined DevOps and QA practices into clinical content development pipelines.

  • Manage environments and continuous improvement

Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates) for repeatable deployments, identify bottlenecks, and advance DevOps maturity.

  • Build and empower cross-functional pods

Shape technical teams into feature-focused pods of developers, designers, content specialists, and product managers, supported by DevOps and QA engineers.

  • Foster collaboration and technical excellence

Act as a connector across teams, mentor on best practices and architecture, and promote knowledge sharing for a high-performing culture.

  • Champion a team-first mindset

Model collaboration, adaptability, and empathy to create an environment where diverse roles thrive together.

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Calm under pressure, decisive during incidents.
  • Cross-functional collaborator and connector between clinical, design, product, and technical personnel.
  • Strong communicator who simplifies technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passionate about automation, security, and reliability.

What Success Looks Like

  • Predictable, automated deployments with minimal manual intervention.
  • High system uptime and fast incident resolution.
  • Secure environments aligned with compliance standards.
  • Successful migration and optimization of infrastructure on Azure App Services, including new micro-services matching new product feature-sets.
  • Clear dashboards and metrics for performance and reliability.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud services, including App Services, Containers, Functions, Front Door, and Storage.
  • Strong skills in CI/CD, IaC, and scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell).
  • Proficiency in web app and mobile app development (React, Javascript), especially backend frameworks (.NET), and database interactions (SQL).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and SaaS hosting infrastructure.
  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP) and security frameworks (HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Competence in quality assurance practices and tools (integrations and automations).
  • Tools: Terraform, Azure DevOps, Prometheus/Grafana, Git, MS SQL, LambdaTest.
  • Preferred: experience with microservices, QA automation tools, and Agile methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
