Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Montessori Casa

Teacher, located in Guelph, ON. The Montessori Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Montessori philosophy. The role includes observing and guiding children through individualized learning paths, fostering a supportive and stimulating classroom environment, and maintaining accurate records of each child's development and progress. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with families and staff to ensure the educational success and well-being of every student.

Qualifications
Skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with a focus on early childhood or Montessori methods
Experience in Education and Training, particularly in creating age-appropriate learning materials and activities
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
Certification in Montessori education or a related field
Ability to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Passion for early childhood development and fostering lifelong learning
Experience with classroom management and promoting positive social development
